Founded by Ahmed Bell MSc — with international Big 4 experience and a deep understanding of Sint Maarten's regulatory environment — PACS was built to give Caribbean businesses access to the kind of financial expertise that moves them forward.

ABOUT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Ahmed Bell MSc
Ahmed founded Principle Accounting & Consulting Services B.V. in 2014 to fill a genuine gap in Sint Maarten's financial services sector. Drawing on years of accounting and auditing experience — including work with a Fortune 200 company and a local Big 4 firm — he recognized a consistent pattern: businesses across Sint Maarten, regardless of industry, struggled to manage their finances with the clarity and compliance they needed to grow.
With PACS, Ahmed built a firm that brings that level of expertise directly to Sint Maarten's entrepreneurs. Today, PACS serves clients across Sint Maarten and Saint Martin in hospitality, tourism, real estate, retail, construction, and professional services — delivering bookkeeping, payroll, turnover tax (TOT) filings, profit tax returns, financial statements, and business advisory services that make a measurable difference.
